A Roadmap to WORKING SMARTER - A Systems Agenda guides businesses through change
I want to share with you to a new publication that my team recently worked on! We are already on to building the next one so stay tuned for the next issue in September on "Cloud Computing"! Let me know if there are any topics you would like to see!
IBM Systems Lab Services and Training introduces a publication called “Services Blueprint”, a guide to utilizing IBM’s knowledge base to gain the greatest return on your IT investment.
In this edition, Mike Gebele, Vice President of IBM Systems Agenda Delivery, kicks off the Services Blueprint with a discussion on how to transform IT into a strategic business asset by creating and deploying an IT agenda. An explanation of the IBM Systems Agenda program shows how IBM helps clients develop and calibrate their own IT agenda so they can manage change, rather than have change manage them!
See examples of the Systems Agenda program in action with results demonstrating improvements in asset utilization, productivity, ROI, and service levels along with an enabled rapid response to changing business requirements. And all of this achieved working with the IBM Systems Lab Services and Training IT Optimization Consulting team. And last, but certainly not least, we examine if training is only a cost or an investment to achieve operational excellence.
All this and more… in the first issue of "Services Blueprint”.
Read the first issue
This supplement presented in partnership by IBM Systems Lab Services and Training and IBM Systems Magazine.
